The cottage accommodates up to four people in two bedrooms and benefits from gas central heating and double glazing.
From the entrance porch you find yourself in a cosy and tastefully furnished living room complete with exposed beams and inglenook fireplace. The stove is gas fired so you have all the charm of a rustic fire without the hassle of lighting and cleaning it!
For entertainment you have widescreen LCD TV with Freeview, DVD player and a CD music system together with a selection of DVDs and CDs.
The kitchen and living areas are separated by a brick-built breakfast bar and though small the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils including toaster and kettle, gas cooker. microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine there is also an iron and ironing board.
Patio doors open from the living room into a spacious and airy conservatory. Furnished for relaxing as well as dining this is an ideal room in which to while away a Summer evening overlooking the enclosed rear garden.
An original stone staircase leads to the upper floor providing two bedrooms, one containing a double bed and the other a single with an additional single guest bed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and drawers. The shower room at the end of the landing comprises shower cubicle, WC and hand basin and heated towel rail.
A large selection of books and games can be found in the bookcase at the top of the stairs.
Please note that the stairs are original stone and therefore unevenly worn and may cause problems for the less mobile.
